New on the Dinner Box Menu!
This week, we’re adding a few new dishes to the Mountain Meals & More lineup, starting with a rich and satisfying Creamy Chicken Carbonara served over penne pasta. Tender chicken and pasta are tossed in a creamy carbonara-style sauce for a hearty main dish packed with savory flavor.
Alongside it, we’re serving a Pear & Burrata Salad, pairing sweet, juicy pears with creamy burrata and fresh greens for a light and refreshing contrast to the pasta.
Our Garlic Knots are baked fresh and finished with savory garlic butter—perfect for dipping and enjoying alongside the meal.
And for dessert, we’re keeping things classic with Mini Cheesecakes: creamy, rich, and just the right size for a sweet finish.
